How to change the password?

There are several ways, depending on the situation.

• If you have access to your account, just go to the “Account” section of the settings and click “Change Password”.
• If you can’t access your account, click on the link Forgot password? on the login page. A new password will be sent to your registered email address.

If you no longer have access to the email address to which the account is registered:

• Contact our Support, and our staff will help you regain access to your account by checking some information.
